DM4030-4130SM

DESCRIPTION

DM4030SM and DM4130SM are silver-loaded, electrically conductive polymeric pastes which replace high lead content solders used with surface mount devices. They are lead (Pb) free and RoHS compliant. Both are 100% reworkable and can be processed in a typical solder paste reflow cycle. Lower temperature processing of 150-175°C peak temperature is also available with these materials. These products have been shown to have excellent adhesion and contact resistance stability through typical environmental testing (85°C/85%RH, –65/+150 °C Temperature Cycling). Using a patented solvent system, DM4030SM and DM4130SM have long open times and are usable in screen print, stencil and dispensing equipment. This technology provides a unique, highly conductive polymer matrix which maintains excellent electrical contact to most types of component metallizations, including tin (Sn).
