DM4000 Sealing Pastes

DESCRIPTION

The DM4000 Series Sealing Pastes (4010, 4110, 4210) represent a range of unfilled, insulative adhesives designed for many applications from hermetic sealing to component and substrate attach. The products are based on either thermoplastic polymers or combinations of thermoplastics and thermosets. Some are designed to withstand high temperature wire bonding or solder reflow. The unique organic system used in these Sealing Pastes allows for fast removal of the solvent resulting in a voidfree, smooth adhesive film. They melt at low temperatures for temperature sensitive components and have a very low modulus giving a stress-free adhesive bond. The DM4000 Series Sealing Pastes can be tailored for screen printing or dispensing. In order to fulfill cosmetic requirements they are each available in versions that become clear (DM4000 type) or white (DM4000W type) after curing.
